I provide psychotherapy and coaching services for individuals and couples seeking greater well-being, resilience, and meaningful change.

My work supports clients navigating life transitions, stress and burnout, relationship challenges, identity shifts, cultural adjustment, and personal growth.  In addition to psychotherapy, coaching, transformational movement, and workshops, my professional background includes conducting mental health assessments and evaluations for immigration cases.  While this work is not my primary focus at present, it remains an area of specialized training and experience.

My approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client.  I draw from evidence-based therapeutic practices while honoring the connection between mind, body, emotions, and personal meaning.  Whether working in therapy or coaching, I believe that a trusting and collaborative relationship provides the foundation for growth and lasting change.

I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.  My philosophy is that healing and transformation emerge through awareness, mindfulness, self-compassion, and intentional action.
