I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. I also offer transformational movement sessions for individuals as well as groups.
In my free time, I volunteer at the Marjorie Kovler Center where I provide psychotherapy services for victims of torture as well and supervision for therapists.
I’m also a member of the Mental Health Advisory Board for Erasing the Distance. Erasing the Distance is a non-profit arts organization based in Chicago that uses the power of performance to disarm stigma, spark dialogue, educate, and promote healing surrounding issues of mental health.
My therapeutic orientation is based on different techniques in accordance with the uniqueness of the client. My style is open in that I employ self-disclosure with a therapeutic purpose when appropriate. I’m generous in using non-judgmental listening skills, empathy, compassion, and understanding.
