Based on the pioneering work of Brené Brown, this workshop series is designed to help you learn how shame and the fear of vulnerability can stand in the way of unlocking your full potential.  By first understanding how shame shows up for us personally, we can then develop tools for resilience and truly move forward on those creative dreams we’ve been harbouring!  The series will include storytelling, writing, Nia-inspired movement, partnered and group activities as well as exploration of a personal creative “project”.

Facilitator:

Mihaela Campion, LCPC, is an experienced, emphatic, and versatile psychotherapist, Certified Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ Facilitator and a certified Brown Belt practitioner of Nia.  She uses an integrative approach to therapy and encourages clients not only to verbally express their feelings but to also rely on movement and stillness.

Investment in yourself:  $200

Limit of 20 people
