Setting Healthy Boundaries Workshop

“When we fail to set boundaries and hold people accountable, we feel used and mistreated. This is why we sometimes attack who they are, which is far more hurtful than addressing a behavior or a choice.” – Brené Brown

Does this sound familiar to you? Do you want to LEARN more how to:

1. Feel respected and understood by friends and family
2. Have less anger, resentment and conflict in relationships
3. Be more compassionate and accepting of others

Join us for a workshop where we will EXPLORE what boundaries are, types of boundaries, why they are important, what are the effects of healthy boundaries on your relationship with yourself, family and friends, and how to set up healthy boundaries.

The workshop is based on Brene Brown’s research and Sharon Martin’s (LCSW) studies. The course will be facilitated by Mihaela Campion – Licensed Clinical Psychotherapy Certified (LCPC), CCDVC and Daring Way™ & Rising Strong™ instructor.
